Thelayoutisplannedradiatingfromnorthofthesitekeep-
ingEWSatthecentreofthelayoutandHIGatboundary.
Thecommonamenitieslikecommercialspaces,parksets.,
areplannedtobeatequaldistancesfromalltheresidential
units.
Thelayoutismadesimplebyreducingtheroadareaand
givinganeasyaccesstoeverycornerofthesiteandalso
providingproperconnectionstotheotherroads.
Thedeadspacesatcornersofthesitearecovereswiththe
treesandsomeofthem areusedforfoodstallsorsmall
shops.
TheTheparkingfortheunitsareprovidedwithinthesitearea
ofunitsitselfandexternalparkingisplannedapproximate-
lyatthecentreofthesite.
