The interview was done a student who will do tests to public universities.
1. Why do you want study in a public university?
2. Which course will do you do?
3. Why did you choose this course?
4. How much do you study per week?
5. Do you have some influence in course’s choose?
6. If you not be approved, what will you do?
Step 2. Go out and talk to people.
1. I want study in a public university, because the education is Brazil is so poor, so the
people who have the most part of the opportunities are the people that studied in public
schools, so I believe, that is a way to attract good jobs and opportunities.
2. I will do the MechanicalEngineering Course, because always I have loved Math and
Science and Engineer is a subject that connects both, and Mechanic is fascinating.
3. I choose this course because I have skills with Math and believe that profession have a
many fields to actuation.
4. I believe that I study, more or less, 5 hours per week, counting only the exclusive home
dedicated to be approved on Engineering.
5. I think the biggest influence was done by my brothers, who are Engineers too. But this
influence was positive, whereas when I started the course I already was falling in love
by the course.
6. I won’t desist of my dream and I will study until be approved.
Step 3. Process the data gathered in the interview using an Empathy Map.
Step 4. Craft a problem statement.
