and mostof the time these seats are given to the people who take admissions through
donation.
3.FEESUBMISSION:Thecollegefees are very high,so it becomes tough for middle class
family to pay fees,so,they apply for loan and for that they have to fulfill maximum
criteria..this creates mental exertion and pressurefor both the student and his
