WORK EXPERIENCE :
Tata Advanced Materials Limited in Bangalore from July 2012 - 14
 I served as GET for period of 1 year i.e. July 2012 - June 2013 and have been trained
about Basics of Composites. Got training under Quality, Methods and Production
department for approximately 3 months each.
 Next year i.e. July 2013 - 14 designated as an Industrial Engineer.

2. ROLE :
 Collected weekly plan from production and also monthly plan from SCM to schedule
for performing time study.
 Performed Time study and standardized time for all activities of production parts.
 Took Sign off from Production Operator and Supervisor, raise ECR, create Master
Sheet Routing and updated verified routing sequence and time in SAP.
 Create Routing in SAP like any updation in routing sequence, time, component
allocation and backflushing.
 Along with Methods Engineer during LSP, analysed routing sequence.
 Prepared OEE template for all machines, handed over to production and quality
department. Did analysis every month.
 Collected data from concern department regarding the product and created Current
State VSM for all projects. Did analysis and worked for Future State VSM.
 Made Capacity assessment every 1st week of month.
 Handled Cost Reduction activity of the department.
 Performed Labour Efficiency every month.
 Prepared Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance chart and forward to facilities
department. Then analysed the data every month.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES :
 In Pleiades National Tech Event : I have participated in Paper Presentation Event, on
Total Quality Management held on 25th March’10 and Ergonomics held on 7th
April’11.
I have participated in Robot Events called Robo
Water Tennis held on 26th March’10 and Spiral Missile Robo held on 7th April’11.
 I have organized an Art Competition for the school students from 5th to 10th all over
Hubli, Protested against Usage of Plastic and Volunteered in LEAD Mela under the
Deshpande Foundation present in our BVBCET campus in 2010.
 I have volunteered in Software Freedom Week’10 as help desk, Blood Donation
Camp held on 13th November’10 and also in Hubballi Marathon’11 as registration
committee member.
 I have coordinated Event called Place Yourself for the Engineering students of
BVBCET, Reach Out for school students from 8th to 10th all over Hubli followed by
Science Fair held on 1st February’11 and an SMS channel only for BVBians under the
Pratyush Club of BVBCET in 2011.
 I have actively participated in publicity of college magazine CRESCENDO’11.
 I was library and ladies representative of department. And also joint secretary for
community development circle in college for 2011-12.
 I have organized Project Expo’12 for BVBians.
 I have coordinated Event Scheduling and Hall Management for Pleiades’12.
 I have performed dance on Sparsh’10, ’11 and ’12.

 I was nominated Best Employee Of The Month.
