consultancy and training services for government institutions and private
companies.
Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor :
1. Asssigning new projects to Staffs based on their time availabilities and
capacities;
2. Checking, monitoring and validating every progress for each staff;
3. Communicating through each division related projects;
4. Conducting regular meetings based on the urgency, usually once or twice
per month;
5. Giving solutions to every possible problem within projects;
6. Interviewing new prospective employees with Human Resource Division.

2. As a Consultant :
1. Preparing and also planning assigned projects;
2. Managing external team (surveyor) for each projects;
3. Checking, monitoring and validating every progress for each team
member (surveyor).
4. Interviewing new prospective teams for each projects (external
team/surveyor) with Human Resource Division;
5. Coordinating with related divisions regarding the projects;
6. Communicating with clients regarding the projects according to the plan
through client’s visit, emails or telephone/text;
7. Solving any problems regarding the projects and communicating with
Supervisor/ Manager for opinions;
8. Reviewing and analyzing every progress and reporting it to Supervisor/
Manager for approval;
9. Creating reports for each projects and also reporting it to Supervisor/
Manager;
10. Presenting the report to the client.

Providing people who are in needs of food. Sebung operates weekly to
provide foods for people who are usually homeless, pedicap drivers around
Surabaya City. Sebung has monthly events like Orphanage visits, it also open
for collaborations with other communities for events and celebrates its
anniversary every December.
