Mission and Vision of ABC Enterprise
I work as a senior human resource manager at ABC Enterprise, which are a soft drink
manufacturer and distributer. The current mission of ABC Enterprise is to refresh the globe in
body, spirit, and mind. Moreover, the consumption of soft drink and beverage products will
inspire the moments of happiness and optimism.
The vision of ABC Enterprise is to develop a bunch of goals to achieve the developed
goals. The major goal of the organization is to give value to all the stakeholders by offering high
quality products. The organization will maximize business profit without hampering the
environmental and social sustainability.
Recent Organizational Changes
Recently, the organizational management has initiated changes in business operation
process. The manufacturing department of ABC Enterprise has focused on strong environmental
sustain ability aspect by ensuring 100 percent recycling and zero solid waste management aspect.
This particular approach is aligned with the organization’s vision and mission. The vision of the
organization is to maintain environmental sustainability and profit maximization. Effective
recycling in production will help to ensure environmental sustainability. On the other hand, this
particular aspect will ensure strong brand image of the organization within the competitive
market place.
Strategy Recommendation
It is vital for the organizational leaders of ABC Enterprise to ensure effective adoption
and implementation of change management process. The organization generally gives value to

its external as well as internal stakeholders. It is recommended that the organizational leaders
should try to integrate decentralized approach in business operation process. It will help the
organizational management to meet the developed mission and vision quite significantly in near
future. Effective decentralization will enhance stakeholder engagement, and business operation
sustainability (Palevich, 2012). Moreover, it will help to become one of the leading brands
within the particular region in near future.
