1. I wanted to take this opportunity to write to you to give you a better picture of who Giuseppe is and
what his capabilities are, which I think is sometimes difficult to explain in only a covering letter and
C.V.
As you have already seen from my C.V. I have the ability to learn very quickly, even things which
are completely new or different for me, as I did during my university degree and later in my
working life. In fact I graduated before the course officially ended (first my course) with an Honors
degree and during my working life I did several roles in different fields .I worked immediatly after
my degree for AGIP, a multinational Oil and Gas Company, as an Executive Project Engineer
where my job involved both managerial and operational (hands on) work on the oil wells. At the
same time I also traveled around Europe for AGIP choosing the best suppliers for them.
During my time with Plalam I was also involved from both a managerial and operational side as I
often had to visit the different factories and personally check the production plant.
With strong organizational, self-management, methodical and interpersonal skills,proven
through implementation, strong technical and organizational skills, including stellar decision-
making .
I am accustomed to juggling many responsibilities simultaneously and thrive in a team
environment that strives for excellence . I have the ability to excel in business climate .
I have excellent problem solving skills and advanced knowledge in project management
SDLC and operational activities .
Moreover I have gained valuable experience which has enlarged my capability of handling even the
most difficult/complicated situations in the shortest time possible.
Many years of experience as leader give me the capability to stimulate and motivate the
people under me to obtain the best results
I would also like to point out that I have always been an active sportsman cycling regularly and
competitively which I believe has been fundamental in giving me the ability to resist stress both
physically and mental allowing me to maintain a notable rhythm of work under pressure.
As you can imagine this job is a very important step in my life. I am sure this opportunity it's the
right job for me will give me the opportunity to increase my professionalism and work experience
in a very positive way.
For this reason I am ready and prepared to move alone as soon as possible (now) also relocation and
of course at some time in the not distant future ,bring my family to join me.
