•building with concave glass sides in 14 bays.
•Two brick 4 storey “arch” ending facades.
•Two “tower” chimneys. The south facing is 9500mm
diameter and contains a lift
• The opposite square tower has a lift
•There are two centrally placed lifts to the 5 floors and a roof
garden
•An independent access tower café restaurant on floors
5/6/7 of the south west tower
•A roof piazza with 16 mature trees on a steel frame table
•Two reclaimed slate roof sets either side of the roof garden
•Cistern at North end supplies all non drinking water and
sprinkler system
