Special screening promotes STEM for students with disabilities

The forerunners, an important new documentary film that encourages students with
disabilities to pursue knowledge in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
(STEM) disciplines, while emphasizing their inherent strengths related to those
disabilities that can translate to valuable skills in the professional workforce.
The film also carries an important message for parents, educators and employers of
these candidates — expect and support their success while recognizing that their
potential for contribution is as great as it is unique.
