We are writing with the intention to complain about the poor quality of the service at St. Maria
Inmaculada. We have knowledgeof thedelayed emergency service you have there.
First at all, in the area of control appointments and neurology specialties for internal medicine, it is
almost impossible to get an appointment.
Secondly, when people call asking for a service, the call service employees often argue that there
are not appointments until the next month, and the dissatisfied users have to wait long time just
for calling and receiving the same news about appointments.
