Project Summary
The aim of this project is to share the best European practices on education of adult immigrants and to select a set of educational tools that can be used to promote real inclusion of immigrants in the cultural, social and work context of the european country where they live.
We want to create a network of European organizations that, working together with institutions and other local bodies, can identify linguistic and vocational training pathways, select basic assessment tools, compare contents and methods used, analyse results and practises and collect information to be transferred in different contexts.
Ideal participants in the project are the operators dealing with linguistic, cultural and social integration of immigrants having educational needs.
The purpose of the project is to generate an exchange of experiences and good practices among participants involved.
Each of them can give proper contribution to the topic and can receive a certain degree of professionalization.

The project can be an exciting international experience for participants who can gain a wider perspective of education, can experience mobility, international dialogue and a European dimension of a specific sector of adult education.
The set of e-learning tools selected can be delivered to other contexts and countries and become one of the equipements for training and educational organizations.
During the project each participant will be invited to discuss about experiences and opportunities relevant to the topic in relation to his/her own country condition.
The final aim is to create a flexible and dynamic programme of integrated training and communication skills necessary to improve the social development of immigrants.
