OVER VIEW
The concept is not a “one size fits all” approach.
Organizations must understand their business processes,
recognize their vulnerabilities, and be conversant with their
regulatory requirements. The importer and exporter must
therefore, be knowledgeable of the laws and regulations
governing international trade and the burden to properly
apply the customs regulations and to correctly classify and
value merchandise lies on the importer and exporter.
This is a very special course which is carefully prepared and
designed for participants that are currently engaged in the
activities of import & export and desire to build capacity to
keep abreast of the new innovations in the import and
export business chain. This course is conducted in a very
