Export option to keep backup of outlook items
such as: note, calendar, task, journals, files and
folders into CSV, EXCEL, PST, and ACCESS
format.
• This is best way to protect Outlook database and
keep safe in alternative drive or system.
• The .pst backup files only open within outlook
utility.

Note: When you keep backup of Outlook, be sure you are conform with
encrypted password.

1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click Export.
5. Choose Export to a file >> click Next.
6. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst)>> click Next.
7. Select folder that you want to export e.g. Inbox.
8. Click on include subfolders >> Click next.
9. Click on Browse button from save exported file pop up box.
10. Choose option:
10.1. Replace duplicates with items exported
10.2. Allow duplicates items to be created.
10.3. Do not export duplicates Items.
11. Click on Finish.
Note: When you choose Outlook Data File (.pst) then you can export content
itself.
