How to Change Time Format in Outlook ?

  1. 1.  Click the File tab  Click Options  Click Calendar.  Under Time Zones, type a description in the label box  In the Time zone list, Choose any format that you  Click on Adjust for daylight saving time check box for computer clock adjustment automatically.  For second time zone – Click on Show a Second Time Zone
  2. 2.  Go to Tools menu, click on Options  From Option box, Click on Calendar Options.  From Calendar Options box, Click on Time Zone  Under Current time zone, type a description in the Label box  In the Time zone list, Choose any format that you.  Click on Adjust for daylight saving time check box for computer clock adjustment automatically.  You can add another time zone by click on show and Additional Time Zone
