THEN MICROMANAGE!!
Delegate ineffectively - always keep on top of
everybody, perch on people’s shoulders and change your mind
Always have the last word- you know then that
there will be your sense, even if it’s nonsense.
Keep people on their toes - even if there’s no need – so
they can cling to your tenterhooks.
Blame Others -even if you are cc’d on everything
Always take credit- ‘cos it’s all due to you.
Focus on the unimportant– the big stuff can take
care of itself.
Treat People Badly – there’s plenty more fish in the sea
