2. What is Order routing?
This is a feature which enables you to route an order from one warehouse to
another incase of stock/Inventory issues.

3. How to re-assign the warehouse to an eligible order?
Go to the Orders tab Click on Confirm and Pack Tab
For order routing, you can assign New Warehouse for eligible orders by following these simple steps-
4. How to re-assign the warehouse to an eligible order?
Click on Select Filter Click on Order Status option from the dropdown
Note - For Pending Acknowledgement orders routing option will be available.
5. How to re-assign the warehouse to an eligible order?
Click on the check box to select Pending Acknowledgement option from the dropdown
6. How to re-assign the warehouse to an eligible order?
Click on Assign New Warehouse Tab
Here you can check all your pending acknowledgement orders
7. How to re-assign the warehouse to an eligible order?
Click on select new warehouse* to check the available
Warehouses from the dropdown
A pop up will display the list of applicable warehouses with available inventory and promised delivery date within the SLA buffer
Click on Reassign Warehouse
8. How to re-assign the warehouse to an eligible order?
Click on Select for choosing a relevant reason from the dropdown
If there is no warehouse available to route the order , you will have to cancel the order with the relevant reason :
Click on Cancel
Note- If you cancel any order then you will be charged a cancellation penalty for the same.
9. How to check the warehouse re-assigned to an order?
If you want to check the warehouse you assigned to a particular order by following these steps :
Click on View warehouse history
10. How to check the warehouse re-assigned to an order?
Here you can check the Newly Assigned Warehouse details
