Brief Basic Information
Scope:
OMOBUS can be used for automation of personnel activities that are
in direct contact with clients and that accept orders/returns of
products and/or collect information.

Relevance for the Personnel:
Thanks to a small mobile device, the personnel can have all required
information all the time: data on client, products, prices, stock
remainder, photo etc.

Relevance for the Company:
Increase in sales (at least because the personnel will have to visit the
office less frequently), reduction of operating costs and control of
errors associated with creation of documents, speeding up provision
of services to client and improvement of quality thereof, and
company’s goodwill improvement.

Flexibility:
Customization of the system in accordance with client’s business
processes. No limitations associated with integration with ERP.

Usage

At present OMOBUS has been successfully used by the companies
located in the following cities:

Moscow, Lyubertsy, Vladimir, Saint Petersburg, Vologda, Archangelsk,
Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, Cherepovets, Saransk, Kursk, Orel, Belgorod,
Lipetsk, Voronezh, Bryansk, Kostroma, Rybinsk, Ivanovo, Tver, Yaroslavl
and many other cities in Russia.

The system was introduced for the benefit of different scale companies,
from small companies with the staff comprising 10 commercial agents
and up to sudivisions of large transnational companies.

Creation of various documents, for example:
1. Order of products;
2. Return of products;
3. Products exposure;
4. Comment (you can also add a photo);
5. Operating expenses of sales representative.

Linked referenced data sets for PPC, including:
 1. Clients, delivery addresses, contacts;
 2. Products;
 3. Prices (three types, different models);
 4. Payment parameters (procedure and types);
 5. Warehouses, stock remainders and reserves of products.

Predefined business process





   Basic information about product on one display screen

 Unlimited quantity of prices for product that consider client discounts
(individual client prices), various actions etc

   Stock remainders of products for any quantity of warehouses

Product release inhibit option for the product that is absent at the


warehouse or that has an unspecified price.

 Provision of information about sales and returns of products for
selected time interval, with an option of provision of detailed
information broken by days and documents

Basic information (client’s outstanding debt, limit of credit, differed
payment and address) about client on one display screen

   Several delivery addresses and contacts for client.

Detailed information about payment settlement with client





   Management of internal activities associated with client.

Blocking the clients (using Generation of Update Packages Procedure)
to whom release of products is forbidden.

Special report enabling to analyze clients’ product sales dynamics with
details by 8 time intervals

   Option of accumulation of documents to be sent in one package

   Automatic directory update procedure

   Low costs for receipt/transmission of data

   Automatic data exchange between OMOBUS and CRM/ERP.

 Centralized storage of the OMOBUS user accounts in LDAP Catalogue
(replication with the company’s LDAP Catalogue is possible).

Authentication and authorization of users connected to OMOBUS,
discretionary access control.

Use of such only standard protocols (FTP, TLS, LDAP) and open data
exchange formats (XML).

   Encryption and compression of transmission data

 Flexible adjustment of the system components using XML configuration
files

   Maintenance of logs of all executed operations

   Automatic back up and log files rotation

   Connection of unlimited number of users

Creation of any number of sets of reference data updates, unlimited
number of update points. This enables (using one OMOBUS Server) to
organize provision of services for all territorial subdivisions and/or
company’s sales directions.

   Organization of SMS/email notifications to personnel

   Some OMOBUS and CRM/ERP integration methods

Brief Basic Information Scope: OMOBUS can be used for automation of personnel activities that are in direct contact with clients and that accept orders/returns of products and/or collect information. Relevance for the Personnel: Thanks to a small mobile device, the personnel can have all required information all the time: data on client, products, prices, stock remainder, photo etc. Relevance for the Company: Increase in sales (at least because the personnel will have to visit the office less frequently), reduction of operating costs and control of errors associated with creation of documents, speeding up provision of services to client and improvement of quality thereof, and company’s goodwill improvement. Flexibility: Customization of the system in accordance with client’s business processes. No limitations associated with integration with ERP. Usage At present OMOBUS has been successfully used by the companies located in the following cities: Moscow, Lyubertsy, Vladimir, Saint Petersburg, Vologda, Archangelsk, Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, Cherepovets, Saransk, Kursk, Orel, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Bryansk, Kostroma, Rybinsk, Ivanovo, Tver, Yaroslavl and many other cities in Russia. The system was introduced for the benefit of different scale companies, from small companies with the staff comprising 10 commercial agents and up to sudivisions of large transnational companies.
