The document discusses climate change, foreign aid, and environmental issues. It provides background on a speaker and their expertise. It then examines Canada's foreign aid spending, the relationship between foreign aid and the environment, the top 10 emitting countries, and rivers with high plastic pollution. It argues that foreign aid lacks oversight, countries need reliable clean energy and to address waste management, water access, and other environmental problems to receive funding and support from international groups.

• Any government should be reviewing all funding including performance audits
• Liberals increase the funding by 200% while running $14-18B deficits. The Liberals are using the funding to buy
votes

9. Summary
Foreign aid has lack oversight for years
All countries need to look at reliable clean sources that can handle
bulk loads (i.e. nuclear, molten salt, LNG, etc)
Liberals grew foreign aid not because Canada could afford it, but
because Liberals wanted seats on the UN. Next govt has every
right to review all funding to ensure it is meeting targets.
