Other issues • Too many countries are using carbon tax/pricing to cut emission without any real success • Government are masking green policies as they are helping the environment which in fact all they have done is hike taxes as well as increase the cost of power generation • Environment has many pieces to it. The focus of many governments has been to narrow • Poor land and water management policies • Too many governments are not taking a balance approach to both environment and the economy.
