Student Self-Assessment (Beginner Intro)
Professional Behaviors are vital for Physical Therapist
Assistants to be successful in their career and the Health care
field. This rubric is to be completed by each student at the end
of the course as a means of self-assessing professional
behaviors. After reviewing the behaviors and example actions
observed, assign points for each behavior. In the comments
portion, provide specific examples of actions or activities
performed during the course that speak to the number of points
given.
