OPTI Retool is the full suite, end-to-end product that combines OPTI
Roadmap through to the total fix. It is the most labor intensive product and
includes the back end consulting engagement, which may take months.
Consequently, there is a more significant training effort that is involved.
OPTI Retool’s functionality spans the gambit of business productivity tools by
providing a detailed analysis that identifies the gaps and disconnects, a
validation of viability, the path to recovery and the steps to fix the gaps and
disconnects while creating ongoing sustainability.
