Real Estate 2.0 Requests
1. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
from Future of Real Estate Marketing
http://www.futureofrealestatemarketing.com/realestate20requests
2. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more URL's that start with the letter
Z, have the words quot;realquot; quot;homequot; or
quot;agentquot; or a color followed by a noun. I'd
like to see words like quot;splotchquot;
quot;pyaemiaquot; and quot;patootiesquot; make their
way into the URL vernacular.
3. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more logos featuring a house, roof
line, or globe connected to a thought
bubble.
4. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more sites trying to connect people
who don't even want to be connected to
each other in real life. I'd rather see a
site that helps me avoid people at this
point.
5. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more sites that allow agents to post
information about their neighborhoods.
What we need perhaps are more online
tutorials on how to write.
6. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more quot;find a Realtorquot; sites. Do we
really need help in this area?
9. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more arguing over which is better,
video or slideshows. Just pick one and
do it.
10. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more kvetching about or dumb
legislation trying to block the use of the
Internet in real estate. It's clear. It's
here. Get used to it.
15. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more alternative broker model trash
talking. (ie: Redfin, BuySide Realty)
16. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more crappy email address's such
as: realtor4u @ aol .com
If your in business of real estate or any
business for that fact. Act like a
professional, not some schmuck with a
free email address
17. Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more sites where it takes 10 minutes
and 20 clicks to find a few properties
that actually meet your search criteria.
