• Build a volunteer driven “extended family”
village with a 3-1 student to adult ratio
• Enhance the K-4 “growing” experience
• Validate the child, the parent and the dream
• Track quantitative and qualitative outcomes
• Market to existing district after school
programs, support and track outcomes

• Provide 2 hours of enhanced after school each
weekday for 50 k-4 students in 2 homerooms
• Recruit 10 faith based and private sector
organizations to provide 4-6 adult cross
culture volunteers one day per week
• Recruit 4 stipend affinity volunteers & 2
education interns to staff the program daily
• Manage volunteer base- resource development, training, staffing,
lesson plans, quality control & outcomes analysis
