The document proposes outsourcing several technical and clerical jobs from the Trappist Abbey Food Products to lessen the management burden and pave way for a more contemplative monastic life. Specifically, it suggests outsourcing IT automation, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, security, and other services that could hinder monastic observance. The writer believes this small sacrifice would help achieve organizational goals and express gratitude to the community, serving as an example for others.

Re: Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Greetings of Peace!
As I was working last night I came to my knowledge the solutions that would possibly resolve all issues and
small conflicts. Thus all of the concepts and its underpinning principle are not conclusive as of the moment,
and for your perusal and approval.
The Idea:
For the time being, it is much better that all technical and clerical jobs be outsourced. In that matter
resolves all conflicts in schedules, obligations and priorities added that it would lessen the burden in
management for the OLP- Trappist Abbey Community in general, paving way for contemplative and
monastic life.
On the process of coping, the staff must gradually cope with the change needed by adhering to the best
practices and adopting toa sense of unwavering right and wrong. As it equipped itself with the right tools
and empower its staff to handle such task in the future. Viz-zvis.
Further all responsibility will be turned over to OLP community should all required resources needed are in
place and competency based skills of the staff are improved. This would put balance to production and
production capacity of individuals and as an organization .
As this goes on there is no other greater methods to achieve all goals and objective but to make a small
gesture of sacrifice on my behalf, by being an extra miler. As Christ lay down his life for his love of
humanity, thus in return I am rendering such service as my way of expressing my love and gratitude for the
OLP community. And may this gesture of mine be alight for others.
Technically speaking the task and responsibilities needs to be outsourced are as follows.
a) IT Automation
b) Accounting systems
c) Book Keeping Service
d) Manpower and payroll
e) Security services
f) Other service that may curtail the practice and derails the observance to monastic life.
Other minor details will be sorted until further discernment.
Thank you
