2. THE MANDATE

3.  OFA AFG CMI is Christian Outreach Non Profit
making organization that brings together
Christian co-workers in the field to go out and
share the Good News through their various
giftings, callings, professions and ministries.

4.  All people coming in must strictly be ready to
serve in their various ministries or in the places
they shall be assigned
 It is not a Church so you must be in a church and
continue being and serving in your church

6. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
 OFA AFG CMI INT Is fully registered and
permitted to operate in the Philippines.
 In all other countries outside Philippines, those
working with the organization will be given
letter of affiliation.

8.  Every single individual with the organization will
be given the identifications necessary to
operate and serve God in every place that they
will be sent
 Everyone will be required to operate according
to the instructions of the organization

10. THE MANDATE
 Jesus said that before He returns, the Good News
about the Kingdom (message of Salvation) would
be preached throughout the world.
 This was the disciples mission – and it is ours
today. Jesus talked about the end times and final
judgment to show his followers the urgency of
spreading the Good News of Salvation to
everyone.

13.  Unity is essential in the body of Christ.
Regardless of where we are or who we are, we
can all serve God as one body.
 St Augustine says, Unity in the essentials, Liberty
in non-essentials and Charity in all things

14.  1 Cor 12:27-31
 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in
particular. And God hath set some in the church, first
apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after
that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps,
governments, diversities of tongues.
 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are
all workers of miracles? Have all the gifts of healing? do
all speak with tongues? do all interpret? But covet
earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more
excellent way.

16.  Every organization has a vision for its programs
and its people. Where there is no vision the
people perish.
 OFA brings people together for world evangelism.
Whatever you do in this organization must head
towards fulfilling the above vision. If not then you
are not part of OFA.

18.  OFA works in and through different
departments to reach out to the people. When
every person focuses on their areas of their
operations, we shall be more effective and
achieve more thus fulfilling our mandate.

26.  To identify our workers for purposes of order
and accountability, every worker shall have OFA
AFG IDs, which are serialised. All workers must
be in the database of the organization to root
out non genuine people who may try to infiltrate
the organization.
 The process of enlisting is being finalised for the
first workers to start at the beginning of 2022.

28.  The FACEBOOK Profile will help us to identify
all our members on Facebook as we connect
and interact for the purposes of missions.

30.  The office ID will be worn at all times by all
workers on duty to help for easy identification
and service delivery.

32.  OFA AFG will generously remunerate all the workers in
the ministry to enable them focus on the work of
ministry. To access their pay which is called “Love
Offering”, the Mastercard will be used as it is easy to
reach facilitate the payment across the globe to
workers serving everywhere.
 This money is not meant to enrich people for their
selfish reasons but to empower Christian ministers to
serve God in their ministries and departments to fulfil
the Matthew 24:14 mandate.

34.  The forth ID is the Ministers Licence which
shall indicate that you qualify and you are
licenced to serve in the area of your ministry
as per your giftings and placement in the
organization.

39. THE 10 CORE
This team consists of the people serving directly
in the Office of the leader. They must be
qualified to serve in this area and are
responsible for the smooth running of the level
of the organization.

40.  At the State level we have:
The National State Representative (NSR)
The Assistant National State Representative
Secretary
Treasurer
Auditor
IT
Clerk
Maintenance
Driver
Security

41.  The NSR is the leader of the State. He is mandated
to ensure the state runs well to fulfil the mandate of
the organization and fulfil the mandate it has been
called to serve
 He oversees the departments and ministries under
him and ensure proper placements have been done
in all departments.
 The Assistant helps to ensure the mandate is
fulfilled under the NSR and serves in the absence of
the NSR

42.  The Secretary is in charge of assisting with the
correspondences , make appointments and carry
administrative tasks in the state.
 They maintain and organize office tasks, implement
procedures and carry out additional administrative
duties, send mails and announcements, endure data
has been prepared and submitted in time as well as
other duties that will be assigned to them.

43.  The Treasurer is entrusted with the receipt, care and
disbursement of funds. He or she is tasked with the
responsibility of running the treasury of the state or
the department they are assigned.
 They will also manage cash flow and ensure funds go
to the required places.
 They must be faithful and financially prudent.

44.  The Auditor has the mandate and authority of
reviewing and verifying the accuracy of financial
records and ensure finances are used prudently.

45.  The IT is tasked with the responsibility of using
computer to create, process, store, retrieve and
exchange all kinds of electronic data and
information.
 The IT departments will work to create the computer
network and communication systems that the
organization needs a nd ensure that these systems
work correctly and efficiently.
 They will ensure that the systems are safe, secure
and technology support is available, and that
updates are made as needed.

46.  The Clerk has the responsibility of keeping
records, accounts and undertaking other routine
administrative duties. They ensure the
administrative functions of the state run
smoothly and perform tasks which may vary
depending on the assignments they will be given

47.  Maintenance personnel is tasked with general
repairs, fixing and maintaining. They ensure the
workplace is in order, fix broken instruments and
clean the surroundings.
 They also respond to complaints and conduct
regular check-ups

48.  Driver is charged with the responsibility of
driving, maintaining and the vehicle assigned to
him and ensure that it is kept in good condition.

49.  Security Personnel will be charged with the
responsibility of ensuring security of the office
and meetings. They will protect the organization’s
assets from danger by enforcing preventative
measures.
 They will also take a preventive approach to
crime, working to prevent the risks to the
organization

51.  This is the spiritual engine of the organization as
ministry is based on the prayers. They will therefore
be charged with organising and leading prayers
both online and physically, lead prayers in meetings
and any other assigned place.
 They will facilitate the move of the Holy Spiirt in
individuals in group meetings as well as personal
interactions

53.  Charged with leading praise and worship in
meetings and services of the group. Must have a
passion and be ready to serve for the glory of
 In essence, praise and worship encompasses
aspects of glorifying God and manifesting His
presence in the lives of people.

56.  Has the responsibility of creating content,
meeting advertisement and engaging with
people on different social media platforms.
 They capture and store and retrieve information
concerning the progress and programs of the
group. They turn stories into world class content.

59.  Humanitarian ministries are the major component
of the programs that OFA runs. This is the material
and logistic assistance through various ministries
to reach out to people.
 Humanitarians foster change in the society by
providing the resources for those in need.
 Humanity means that human suffering must be
addressed wherever it is found, with particular
attention to the vulnerable.

60.  Being humanitarian means helping people who
are suffering and saving lives any time any place
in the world.
 Humanitarian work requires being responsible,
conscious of the circumstances of other people’s
lives, and helping them on the basis of need,
without discrimination.

61.  In OFA AFG, Humanitarian department is central
in that all the other 13 ministries fall under this
and hence the people leading this must people
of people of integrity, highly capable and
qualified to handle the resources that will
support this ministry.
 The head must be a senior pastor, mature and
responsible person who can handle the ministry.

63.  Youth Ministry is an age–specific ministry of faith
group usually from the ages of 12-35, whose
mission is to involve and engage with young people
who attend their places of worship, or who live in
their community.
 The youth in the church plays an essential role in
bringing a fresh perspective on things. Whereas the
older people might be too stuck on outdated ideals,
the youth provide their perspective on the situation
of benefit.

65.  Housing refers to the construction and assigned
usage of houses or buildings collectively for the
purpose of sheltering
 Housing is one of the most important components
giving shelter, safety and warmth, as well as
providing a place to rest.
 OFA will use this as a tool to reach out to people in
outreach and help them get decent housing.

67.  Livelihood is the means of securing the necessities of
life. This is the means of support or subsistence
 There are 3 types of livelihood:
Human capital: household members, active labour,
education, knowledge and skills
Physical capital: livestock, equipment, vehicles, houses
Natural capital: access to land, forests, water, grazing,
fishing etc

68.  Livelihood is synonymous with income. It deals with
how people live in a society.
 Livelihood can also refer to the money a person
needs to pay for food, a place to live etc and the
way of earning money.
 Livelihoods are the capabilities, assets and activities
required for people to earn money and secure a
means of living.

70.  Scholarship is a grant in aid to students to help them
pursue their education.
 Due to poor livelihoods, there is need to ensure that
students can access education in a humane and easy
way.
 OF will use this as a tool to ensure that more lives
are brought in the Kingdom of God

72.  Orphanage ministry is tasked with reaching out to
and helping orphans in the society and in children
homes to a better live.
 The functions of the orphanages is to provide a
home where children without a family can be
nurtured and taken care of.
 An orphanage is a home for children whose parents
are dead or unable to take care of them.

74.  Persons with disabilities (PWD) include those who
have long term physical, mental, intellectual or
sensory impairments which in interaction with
various barriers may hinder their full and effective
participation in society on an equal basis with other
people.
 In Kenya, a disability is defined as any condition of
the body or mind (impairment) that makes it more
difficult for the person with the condition to do
certain activities and interact with the world around
them.

76.  Senior citizens are elderly people especially the
old pensioners. They are basically those who have
attained the age of 60 years.
 OFA intends to reach out to people of all age
groups. The senior citizens are neither left behind.

78.  Single parent families are families with children
under age 18 headed by a parent who is widowed
or divorced and not remarried, or by a parent who
has never married.
 There are many single families today as compared
to conventional families in the past.

79.  The most common type of single-parent family
is one that consists of a mother and her
biological children.
 It is important to remember that every single –
parent family is different. Children who are living
with a widowed mother will have a home life
that is different from children with divorced
parents or those whose parents were never
married.

81.  This is the technical team mandated to rescue
and attend to the causalities under adverse
conditions, where life is at threat.
 Search and rescue is organized in close
cooperation with the community and in a team
approach.
 There main objective is to rescue people in a
disaster and perform such kind of operations.

83.  Command and Security center helps to
strengthen the security posture by evaluating the
security risk.
 This is the central nervous system of a security
department. It is a 24/7 operation which
provides monitoring services, command and
control as well as security decision making
services.

85.  Medical services means any care, service or
treatment of illness or dysfunction of, or injury to
the human body. It includes services such as
curative services, preventive services, disaster
management and medical examination.
 This department is charged with ensuring that the
mandate of the organization is achieved through
provision of decent healthcare.

87.  Prison ministry offers a unique vital opportunities
for personal spiritual growth because volunteers
get personally involved in the gospel basics.
 Prison ministry teaches deep spiritual lessons such
as how to forgive, how to restore and how to really
pray. It also teaches very practical lessons about
listening, patience, cross-cultural communication
and theological diversity among Christians.

89.  This is the team of certified clergy who provide
spiritual care for individuals in an organization. They
have the responsibility of performing religious rites as
well as conducting worship services, providing
confidential counselling and advising on matters
spiritual, moral and religious.
 Chaplains are trained in areas of confidentiality and
are bound to honor that commitment. They also
receive training in pastoral care and pastoral
counselling.

91.  The widow ministry is the ministry of people
whose spouses have passed on. In this ministry,
the widows are served by meeting their needs
and they do the same for others too.
 Ministering to widows demonstrates God’s heart
for the voiceless and powerless as shown in Deut
10:18
