permitted to operate in the Philippines.
In all other countries outside Philippines, those
working with the organization will be given
letter of affiliation.

10. THE MANDATE
Jesus said that before He returns, the Good News
about the Kingdom (message of Salvation) would
be preached throughout the world.
This was the disciples mission – and it is ours
today. Jesus talked about the end times and final
judgment to show his followers the urgency of
spreading the Good News of Salvation to
everyone.

13. Unity is essential in the body of Christ.
Regardless of where we are or who we are, we
can all serve God as one body.
St Augustine says, Unity in the essentials, Liberty
in non-essentials and Charity in all things

26. To identify our workers for purposes of order
and accountability, every worker shall have OFA
AFG IDs, which are serialised. All workers must
be in the database of the organization to root
out non genuine people who may try to infiltrate
the organization.
The process of enlisting is being finalised for the
first workers to start at the beginning of 2022.

all our members on Facebook as we connect
and interact for the purposes of missions.

workers serving everywhere.
This money is not meant to enrich people for their
selfish reasons but to empower Christian ministers to
serve God in their ministries and departments to fulfil
the Matthew 24:14 mandate.

shall indicate that you qualify and you are
licenced to serve in the area of your ministry
as per your giftings and placement in the

39. THE 10 CORE
This team consists of the people serving directly
in the Office of the leader. They must be
qualified to serve in this area and are
responsible for the smooth running of the level
of the organization.

41. The NSR is the leader of the State. He is mandated
to ensure the state runs well to fulfil the mandate of
the organization and fulfil the mandate it has been
called to serve
He oversees the departments and ministries under
him and ensure proper placements have been done
in all departments.
The Assistant helps to ensure the mandate is
fulfilled under the NSR and serves in the absence of
the NSR
42. The Secretary is in charge of assisting with the
correspondences , make appointments and carry
administrative tasks in the state.
They maintain and organize office tasks, implement
procedures and carry out additional administrative
duties, send mails and announcements, endure data
has been prepared and submitted in time as well as
other duties that will be assigned to them.
43. The Treasurer is entrusted with the receipt, care and
disbursement of funds. He or she is tasked with the
responsibility of running the treasury of the state or
the department they are assigned.
They will also manage cash flow and ensure funds go
to the required places.
They must be faithful and financially prudent.
44. The Auditor has the mandate and authority of
reviewing and verifying the accuracy of financial
records and ensure finances are used prudently.
45. The IT is tasked with the responsibility of using
computer to create, process, store, retrieve and
exchange all kinds of electronic data and
information.
The IT departments will work to create the computer
network and communication systems that the
organization needs a nd ensure that these systems
work correctly and efficiently.
They will ensure that the systems are safe, secure
and technology support is available, and that
updates are made as needed.
46. The Clerk has the responsibility of keeping
records, accounts and undertaking other routine
administrative duties. They ensure the
administrative functions of the state run
smoothly and perform tasks which may vary
depending on the assignments they will be given
47. Maintenance personnel is tasked with general
repairs, fixing and maintaining. They ensure the
workplace is in order, fix broken instruments and
clean the surroundings.
They also respond to complaints and conduct
regular check-ups
48. Driver is charged with the responsibility of
driving, maintaining and the vehicle assigned to
him and ensure that it is kept in good condition.
49. Security Personnel will be charged with the
responsibility of ensuring security of the office
and meetings. They will protect the organization’s
assets from danger by enforcing preventative
measures.
They will also take a preventive approach to
crime, working to prevent the risks to the
organization

ministry is based on the prayers. They will therefore
be charged with organising and leading prayers

to reach out to people.
Humanitarians foster change in the society by
providing the resources for those in need.
Humanity means that human suffering must be
addressed wherever it is found, with particular
attention to the vulnerable.
60. Being humanitarian means helping people who
are suffering and saving lives any time any place
in the world.
Humanitarian work requires being responsible,
conscious of the circumstances of other people’s
lives, and helping them on the basis of need,
without discrimination.

in that all the other 13 ministries fall under this
and hence the people leading this must people
of people of integrity, highly capable and
qualified to handle the resources that will
support this ministry.
The head must be a senior pastor, mature and
responsible person who can handle the ministry.

63. Youth Ministry is an age–specific ministry of faith
group usually from the ages of 12-35, whose
mission is to involve and engage with young people
who attend their places of worship, or who live in
their community.
The youth in the church plays an essential role in
bringing a fresh perspective on things. Whereas the
older people might be too stuck on outdated ideals,
the youth provide their perspective on the situation
of benefit.

purpose of sheltering

providing a place to rest.
OFA will use this as a tool to reach out to people in
outreach and help them get decent housing.

how people live in a society.
Livelihood can also refer to the money a person
needs to pay for food, a place to live etc and the
way of earning money.
Livelihoods are the capabilities, assets and activities
required for people to earn money and secure a

homes to a better live.
The functions of the orphanages is to provide a

nurtured and taken care of.
An orphanage is a home for children whose parents
are dead or unable to take care of them.

74. Persons with disabilities (PWD) include those who
have long term physical, mental, intellectual or
sensory impairments which in interaction with
various barriers may hinder their full and effective
participation in society on an equal basis with other
people.
In Kenya, a disability is defined as any condition of
the body or mind (impairment) that makes it more
difficult for the person with the condition to do
certain activities and interact with the world around
them.

76. Senior citizens are elderly people especially the
old pensioners. They are basically those who have
attained the age of 60 years.
OFA intends to reach out to people of all age
groups. The senior citizens are neither left behind.

under age 18 headed by a parent who is widowed
or divorced and not remarried, or by a parent who
has never married.
There are many single families today as compared
to conventional families in the past.

is one that consists of a mother and her
biological children.
It is important to remember that every single –
parent family is different. Children who are living
with a widowed mother will have a home life
that is different from children with divorced
parents or those whose parents were never
married.

Search and rescue is organized in close
cooperation with the community and in a team

This is the central nervous system of a security
department. It is a 24/7 operation which

the human body. It includes services such as
curative services, preventive services, disaster
management and medical examination.
This department is charged with ensuring that the
mandate of the organization is achieved through
provision of decent healthcare.

87. Prison ministry offers a unique vital opportunities
for personal spiritual growth because volunteers
get personally involved in the gospel basics.
Prison ministry teaches deep spiritual lessons such
as how to forgive, how to restore and how to really
pray. It also teaches very practical lessons about
listening, patience, cross-cultural communication
and theological diversity among Christians.

89. This is the team of certified clergy who provide
spiritual care for individuals in an organization. They
have the responsibility of performing religious rites as
well as conducting worship services, providing
confidential counselling and advising on matters
spiritual, moral and religious.
Chaplains are trained in areas of confidentiality and
are bound to honor that commitment. They also
receive training in pastoral care and pastoral
counselling.

91. The widow ministry is the ministry of people
whose spouses have passed on. In this ministry,
the widows are served by meeting their needs
and they do the same for others too.
Ministering to widows demonstrates God’s heart
for the voiceless and powerless as shown in Deut
10:18
