1. C-ZENTRIX CALL CONFERENCE
Step1 – Dial to mobile1 and click on conferencing icon on left pan.
Step2 – It will open a new tab. In new tab click on “T1” button.
2. Step2 – It will transfer the mobile1 call to conference room. Then put mobile2
in phone no. field and select the drop down as per below screenshot and click
dial.
Step2 – Once mobile2 will answer the call, agent and mobile2 can speak to
each other and mobile1 will remain waiting in conference room.
Step3 – Now agent can transfer mobile2 also in the same conference room by
clicking same “T1” button again as below.
3. Step4 – Now both mobiles are in conference room and agent is outside of the
conference room. Agent can now click on red “Join” button in coneference1
box to join the same conference room. Now all three can talk to each other.
Step5 – To exit from the conference agent can click on “H” buttons for
respective mobile numbers and mobile call will be disconnected. Agent need to
click “Back to Queue” button to get back to the normal calling mode. After
clicking “Back to Queue” go to you previous browser tab to start normal
calling.
