Explaining drag and drop function, to start the call flow, first we should drag any menu options (a) and drop it into Drop here
box (2). So lets say we want to start with the greetings command (2), we click on the right mouse button hold on it and drag
and drop the greetings in the drop here box

STEP 10.7 :Advance Call Flow –
Greetings or Announcement Function

Greeting or announcement function (1), plays an announcement or music, lets say we want to play a
recording as “ thanks for calling x company, all calls will be recorded … blah..blah” . We can place this
greeting in four way as high lighted in the orange box (2).
We will look at the first method Text-to-Speech, click on (3)

You should see a screen like this, type the message (1), Then choose the voice (man or female)(2) then select the language
(3). Press test (4) , and listen to the record; the other three option of recording will be explained in the video voicemail.
Now press save (5), then clix on the X (6) and we are ready to go to the next step.

If one sees “Text-to-speech” box (1) is highlighted in grey and has a red x marked on it. What it means is this is the
selected option for the recording and if you press the x, we can delete, and select a different recording option. Then

Once you have dragged the “Menu” function to the “Drop here” box, the call comes in then greeting is
played, after that the call gets routed to the “ Menu” or “IVR” option

Make sure the mouse key is on top of “Drop here” Box and let the left mouse key go as
explained earlier – Drag and drop option.

Once, you drop the “Menu” item in the “drop here” box one will see – the “drop here” box replaced with

Lets start working with the Menu or IVR Function.

First lets create a message, using “Text-to-speech” option, click on “Text-to-speech” (1)

Type the message “ press 1 for sales, press 2 for support, press 3 for billing and press 0 for operator” , select the voice and the
language, test the message

Drag “Dial” (1) into the “Drop here” (2)box within the IVR, this should create another module below IVR (
not shown in the picture), “Dial” /”forward function” was explained earlier. So when some one presses 1 we
want it to go to sales – so we put the sales number in the “Dial” module.

Before, continuing make sure “hung up” at the end of the IVR or an feature. Make sure you put a number for
the number of times to repeat message if a key other than 1,2,3.0 is pressed in this example, and delay is the
time you want to give the person to select a option.

Since we have four options 1,2,3,0 in our example ( 1 going to sales, 2 going to support, 3 going to billing and 0 going to
operator), we need to create 4 menu options . This can be done by pressing the plus button (1).

Our message was – (1 going to sales, 2 going to support, 3 going to billing and 0 going to operator), so in the key press (1) define these
numbers and dial phone type the action you want. In this scenario we have selected “Dial” module for all of them (2). The
Minus and the plus signs are for adding and deleting an option (3).
