ACTIVITY REPORT 2014-2015
CULTURAL PROGRAMME
Like the previous year the Organization’s Slogan “Let’s Make a Better Place to Live” actually gets
translated into the real meaning of universal brotherhood when the programme reaches at its peak.
Organization aims to developed brotherhood and communal harmony among all the different religious
sects in the society. The organization for time to time organizes social research programme, where the
Social Scientist of the organization meet different individuals from various different cast, creeds and
religions, the data is collected then analysis is prepared based on that. The extremely useful data helps
organization design its other programmes towards the development of the society and in turn
consolidating our nation.
In the light of the above data, speeches are drafted which are delivered which from time to time.
People are gathered by organizing some like Kavi Sammelon, Mushaeras, Drama, Classical Music, etc.
People are invited from different backwards to take part in these programmes expenses are taken care
by the Organization.
Its organized in different district of West Bengal.
Approximately 9,000 people attend the programme.
Tea and some snacks were served during the progamme.
ADULT EDUCATION
Several education programme on the topic as this one is organization’s another focus area which is sex
education. The gist in as under;
What is sex education? Sex education, broadly define , any instruction in the process and consequence
of sexual activity, ordinarily given to children and adolescents. Today the term usually refers to
classroom lesson about sex tought in primary and secondary schools.
Historically, the topic of instructing adolescents about sex has been seen as the responsibility of the
parents. But parent-child communication in sexual matters may be hindered by parental inhabitations
or various intergenerational factors, and studies have shown that children rarely receive their first
information on sexual matter from their parent – rather they receive it from their friends who are either
ill-informed or have incomplete knowledge.
In the late 19th century, attempts by educators and social workers to supplements parental sex
instruction concentrated on what was then known as “social hygiene” – basically biological and medical
information about the human reproduction and several disease .
Illustrate notes were distributed, designed for both, male and females.
These notes were printed in three languages, the break-up is as under;
Bengali- 50,000 pamphlets
Hindi - 25,000 pamphlets
English- 25,000 pamphlets

CHILD EDUCATION AND POOR STUDENTEDUCATION
Organization indentifiedpoorstudentbyconducting a survey.A test designedwit
h the helpof free websitesformapping the IQ level andtalent of students.Scholarshipsand prizes were given
to 3000, studentswho scored more 70 % in thistest conducted.
This was a separate programme than ‘the Centresof Free Education upto age 14’.
Organization has its own coaching centersfor poor students where classesare conducted on regularbasis
CHILD HEALTH CHECK-UP
The organizationwithitsownrecoursesandwiththe aidof local medical centerrunsthese schemesof govt.of
Indiaand WorldCongressalsoroutinelytoeliminate polio.
Before the datesof poliodropscamp we stickand distributedhandbills,pamphletsandposterforthe vast
publicityandasresulttodaywe have givenpoliodropstoall childrenfrom0 to 5 Yrs that are livinginarea.
TRAVEL MEDICAL CAMP
The organizationiscontinue itswellnessCenterforthe poorvillagersinarea,bythe Ayurvedic,Unani,and
Allopathicmedicineandmainfocusison womenandchildren.
The volunteerof the organizationalsovisitthe housesof the poorincase of commonaliment.Twopermanent
qualifieddoctorshandle the organizationandorganizationengagesotherspecialistdoctorsfromtime totime if
the situationsodesires.Itmaintainsrecordof the patientandadvisesthemformaintainingbetterhealth.
The people have developedfaithinthe WellnessCenterandcome for treatmenteveryday.
The entire programme wasbasedona researchconuctedbythe organizationinorderto analyze andunderstand
the people,theirlife styles,the commondiseasesandthe potential forfuture diseasestogive immunization
againstor combat withinfuture.
CHILD FOOD
The organizationhasseparateditsChildCare Wingand appointedhavingmore staff tomanage the activities.
Approximately 3500 childare registeredlastyearwiththe organizationandthe organizationistakingcare of
theirFood,etc.
Thisprogramme isverysuccessful programme of the organization.
