1. BIOGRAPHY
My name is Nikolay Koryagin. I was born in Saratov province in city calls Balakovo in 20th of December
1992.
Since my young age I used to be a bright, active, artistic, positive, communicative and talent. I showed
it in everywhere. In school I had only good marks, I was in school theatre, active participate in school
life, I had a big authority in my class. After school I used to do sport. I like sport very well. I won several
judo tournaments in city, and was member of city football team. Football for me it’s my religion. I’m
addicted of it. I continue to play in football now. I play in one of the team in Saratov.
So, after my graduating from school I join Saratov State Technical University. After joining university I
already show my leadership skill and become the leader of my class. I join university theatre. And after 6
month of my studying I joined AIESEC. Why I’m joined it? Because I’m very communicative person and I
like to meet a lot of interesting peoples and AIESEC for me became a place where can I find peoples with
same thoughts and ideas. I can find them not only in Russia but in everywhere. It’s amazing.
I like traveling so much. I visited a lot of places before AIESEC and that’s why I thought that AIESEC can
help me. And it’s true! Thanks to AIESEC I visited more than 10 cities in Russia and 2 countries. One
point why I like traveling it’s because I like architecture. I like to watch on different building, because
they full of aura, grandeur and history. I really like history, because I want to know better how life was
before me, I want to know some history lessons and use it my life. Another my passion is music. I like to
listen club music and sometimes makes same home mixes.
As about my AIESEC experience I can say that it was really experiential learning experience. Every time
when I applied in any position it was crazy, because every time I don’t have a lot of chances to be
elected. First my real position in AIESEC was position of CC VP member of international conference
hosted by AIESEC Ufa. For this position they was need experienced peoples, but I applied, show my
passion (cos it work for me) and was elected. This was one of the colorful XP in AIESEC. I understood
how to think big and how to work in international team.
After successful term as CC VP, I was elected for the TL of GIPi department. Before me there were no
results previous 5 years. But I can break this and was successful. After it I worked several month as
member of Russia Corporate Sales Team for the analyzing current state of GIPi area in Russia and for
packaging of GIPi product for LCs.
In December 2010 I already become ER coordinator as a part of EB team and in February 2011 I stand
for LCP position. I don’t have any XP in EB team, was not so long in AIESEC, but I had vision and passion
and was elected. During the LCP term I discover that vision is really for you if you know how to drive it.
We can capitalize on our results and make a growth. I was happy about it. When I finished my LCP term
I was only 18. Logically after LCP term I should apply for MC position (and I really want it), but my age
and other obstacles prevented me to do it. That’s why I applied for the second term as LCP. Any way
this term was full of learning.
Today finally I have an opportunity to apply for MC VP position in AIESEC Romania. I have opportunity
to make my dream true. This is the last sentence of my Bio, because I don’t know how live will be
tomorrow.
