ACHIEVEMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
 Organized and founder of “Research Wave”, a first ever research competition co-organized with help of
Alumni and Association of Civil Engineers (ACE) of IIT Guwahati to promote and nuture research
environment among student community.
 Faculty coordinator of Associate of Civil Engineers (ACE) at IIT Guwahati from October 2015 Onwards.
 Recipient of prestigious Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship award for pursuing Ph.D. at university in Hong Kong.
This award was awarded to total 110 students including all disciplines internationally in 2010.
 Secured province rank 4th and an all India rank of 140 out of around 0.5 million students in All India
Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).
 Recipient of CBSE merit scholarship from MHRD for excellent performance in AIEEE.
 Recipient of DAAD scholarship for executing summer research project in Germany.
 Recipient of MCM (Merit cum mean) Scholarship at Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
 3rd Prize in “Chanakya neeti “an event consisting of case study related to volatility in stock market in an annual
techno-management festival “Techniche”,
 3rd Prize in Business plan competition organized by Entrepreneurship cell of IIT Guwahati for presenting
innovative plan to compete with Amul Diary.
 Served as DAAD young Ambassador (from 2010-2011) for promotion of higher studies in Germany
