ハイパフォーマンス組織を目指し、イン サイトとデータで約１．７倍のパフォー マンスアップを達成した話です。
マイクロサービス化して も、組織のパフォーマン スは上がらない。
環境対話型フレームワークを基盤とした 専用ＣＭＳでサービスを構築していた。
システムはスケールアップするのに、人 はスケールアウトする歪な状態が続いた。
リードエンジニアの属人性が増え、ボト ルネック化していった為、専用ＣＭＳの ヘッドレス化でスケールアウトした。
当然、スケールしたシステムが色々なシ ステムと複雑に絡み合うようになった。
従来のレイヤー別の監視、バグトラッキ ングでは、現象発生までのストーリーが 見え辛くなってきた。
開発タスクの約７０％がバグフィックス、 考慮漏へれの対応だった。

中でも、原因追及にかかる時間が一番多 く、生産性を下げる悩みの種だった。
スマートデバイス、ＩｏＴの登場で、障 害点がより分散した為、状況は悪化の一 途を辿った。
ユーザに同意を得た後、端末情報を送信 いただき、状況をエミュレートしながら、 相当の工数をかけ原因究明に努めていた。
ＵＸに関わる開発は、全体の半分以下と いう厳しい現実があった。
計測の仕組みを導入し て、現実を知ることから 始めた。
