Marshall Koll & Associates, a search firm specializing in recruiting leaders for healthcare
organizations, has been retained by a large not -for profit, integrated health system in
Texas to assist in the recruitment of an Administrator for their multi-site Community
Outpatient Care Centers.

Our Client

   •   Has five hospitals, a large multi-specialty clinic with 250 providers and 36 clinic
       locations, four urgent care centers, employs more than 3,700 with gross patient
       revenue in excess of $1.7 B.
   •   Offers an array of healthcare services including a complete cardiovascular
       program; a Diabetes Center; both a Cancer and Neurosciences Institutes.
   •   Is a Level III Trauma Center, serving an area encompassing 38,000 square miles
       and seventeen counties.
   •   Has a unique regional strategy of building and operating Community Outpatient
       Care Centers in adjacent communities; each center is approximately 30,000
       square feet and houses; physician offices, an urgent care center, cardiac rehab
       with a health and fitness club, a rehabilitation center, breast care and a sleep
       center. In addition, there is space for specialty clinics. Currently there are three
       centers with a plan to build many more.

The Position
   • Reports to a System Senior Vice President and will be responsible for developing
      and leading the growth in the Community Outpatient Care Centers.

   • Is the largest city in the region with a rich historical heritage; supported by a
      positive and diversified economy and a thriving retail sector.
   • Offers affordable housing and very competitive cost of living.
   • Enjoys a mild, climate with four distinct seasons and a mild winter.
   • Home to two universities, a large university health sciences center, and one of the
      oldest junior colleges in Texas.
   • Was v oted the number one golf city in Texas
   • In addition there are walking trails and other outdoor recreation opportunities
      including 25 prime sporting lakes, as well as museums, historical sites, and
      cultural attractions including a symphony, ballet, community theatre, museum,
      zoo and other attractions.
