Description: Cheyenne has many amenities

symphony orchestra, a community theater pro-

care services, and the only dispensing pharmacy
with a donated medication program. The phar-
macy features the Prescription Assistance Pro-
gram (PAP) to coordinate the application process
for patients to receive free medications from
pharmaceutical companies. Beyond improving
access, quality measures indicate that the clinic’s
integrated services and care coordination have
enhanced health outcomes for patients. In 2014,
HealthWorks provided 10,808 medical visits and
1,424 dental visits. The HealthWorks pharmacy
filled 22,063 prescriptions with a total wholesale
value of $2,525,258. Nearly 600 patients received
free or low-cost medications through the PAP.
