● Home page URL and up to 5 key URLs of the website will be monitored for response
24x7 and in case of no response, will be pro-actively attended to.
● Support ticket system accessible 24x7 to provide for all communication - requests,
problem reporting, status updates. Any tickets raised will be visible across authorized
users from your organization.
● On-call 24x7 administrators for critical issues, automatic escalation within minutes

10. ● Backups will be configured to be taken on a schedule and stored in a Cloud Storage
service (e.g.. Rackspace CloudFiles or AWS S3)
● Customer may specify the schedule and the server-images / folders / DB to be backed
up.
● Up to the last 5 previous backups (or a number as specified by customer) will be
retained at any time.
● Restoration from backup as and when needed.
● All system logs & app logs (as needed) will be centralized, with search for faster
troubleshooting.
● Setup and maintenance of firewall, regular security updates and log monitoring.

12. ● Response times for Critical priority tickets mentioned above will be adhered to 24x7 and not limited to
business hours.
● Business hours/days are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm IST, excluding holidays.
● Tickets must be filed by the customer with appropriate priority in the Support Ticket System.

13. ● One-time setup fee at the start of the engagement for initial setup with the Cloud
service provider.
● Client to create and provide access to the AWS/Rackspace account for this engagement.
Charges for the Cloud infrastructure resources will be paid directly by Customer to the
IaaS provider (e.g.. Rackspace Cloud or Amazon Web Services).
● Neev Cloud Services Monthly Manageability charges are separate from the charges for
AWS/Rackspace infrastructure. Neev Cloud Services Monthly Manageability charges will
comprise the following:
● One-time fee towards migration and documentation.
● Monthly manageability fee calculated at 18 cents/server-hour per server-hour.
● Charges will be calculated monthly in USD and billed as per actuals post-usage at the end of each
month.
