  • 7. Android vs. iOS:! Average order value! iOS £68.7 Android £54.2 iOS  AOV  is  27%  higher.  iPhone  users  not  only   browse  more,  they  also  spend  more  money.

  • 12. Apps vs. mobile sites:! Conversion rates! Desktop 2.4% APP 1.8% MOBILE SITES 0.73% Apps  conversion  rates  were  closer  to  desktop   conversaJon  rates  than  to  mobile  sites.

One  mulJ  million  pound  shoe  retailer  had  an   app  conversion  rate  of  2.6%,  almost  as  high  as   the  desktop  conversion  rate  of  2.7%.   While  an  internaJonal  apparel  retailer  had  the   highest  app  conversion  rate  we've  ever   measured,  at  3.02%.
