Activities: Involved in Installation of PEB Projects, tracking number of projects simultaneously and
managing resources, coordinating clients & Builders for multiple project,
Responsibilities:
♦ Study of Construction Drawings, PO & WO before Starting of any job.
♦ Cross Checking of Anchor Bolts w.r.t. the Drawings before casting.
♦ Cross checking all construction drawings, BOM, Shipper & Packing list before Starting
Erection for variations/discrepancy of materials if any.
♦ Handling pre-execution meetings among Client, Consultant & Contractor before starting site
activities for proper planning.
♦ Preparing the Micro Schedule of the project in accordance with Pre-execution meeting
requirements, site conditions and resources available.
♦ Verifying and shorting out of all incoming materials to site w.r.t. BOMs, Drawings, physical
conditions and site requirements.
♦ Monitoring the Erection and Sheeting of the PEB building with Quality and safety measures.
♦ Full tracking of project and Preparing Reports in various stages of building.
♦ Inspecting Building on daily and Weekly basis to provide feedback to Contractors and HO.
♦ Preparing ISO related reports and checklists if required.
♦ Concentrating on Building Alignments, Quality and Workmanship.
♦ Estimating Extra works if any and Preparing Bills for Contractual works at site.
♦ Proper Closing of project after Taking Completion Certificate.
♦ Solving various practical problems at field/site.
