 Academic follow up, instructional coaching and evaluation
of teachers.
 Dealing with students, parents, teachers, administration
and staff members concerning dailyproblems and conflicts,
particularly relations between students of middle and high
schools with their parents, teachers and colleagues.
 Interviewing new teachers of different subjects and other
staff members during the summer vacation and whenever

mothers and their daughters in adolescent stage, effective
communication, how to reach balanced success in life,
development of personality and self esteem, management
