2. You need to demonstrate your ability
to use all advanced Final Cut skills
• Green Screen
• Split Screen (try to do a variety of split screens)
• Key Frames
• Colour manipulations (a number of them!)
• Editing to the beat of the music
• Play around with other features
– Variety of weird and wacky Transitions
– Variety of amazing Video Filters
– Manipulation of Speed
• And EVERYONE in the group must lip synch

5. Accurate Lip Synching
• You do actually need to sing out loud
(mouthing the words does not work!)
• Record the song onto you phones and play
this loudly while you are recording lip
synching – remember ALL sound will be
removed!!!
• Know the words!
• Sing the line before and after to help with
timing
• Do several takes

6. Ready, Set, Go…..
• You will need to be in groups for this (I
recommend about 4)
• Draft out what you are going to do and
where you will demonstrate the required
skills
• Plan costumes, locations, actions and actors
• Record your footage
• Edit your footage
