comfort zone to build your strength & talent.
Spend some time doing what interests you.
◦ Doing things that make you happy will increase your happy
hormones & reduce stress hormones.
Play with children.
◦ Seeing an innocent child smile or laugh will brighten your day.

Always smile.
◦ You’re using less physical & mental energy when you smile
compared to frowning.
Reinforce positive affirmations.
◦ The more you reinforce positive affirmations over and over again,
the stronger your mind becomes.
Watch less negative exposure such as the media.
◦ The less exposed you are to negative exposure, the less you will be
influenced by them.
