3. Send Application and relevant Basic
Documents to the institution.
(Passport, Language Proficiency
Certificate, Work and Educational
Certificates including Transcripts,
Registrations, Mark Sheets etc…)
5. Conditions mentioned in the Offer Letter
need to be completed in order to obtain
the Unconditional Offer Letter or CoE
(Confirmation of Enrollment).
6. SSVF (Streamlined Student Visa
Framework) / GTE (Genuine
Temporary Entrant) / Pre-VISA
Assessment - documents to be
submitted to the Institution for
Assessment
7. If the SSVF / GTE / Pre-VISA
Assessment is cleared, then the
candidate will be asked to make the
Initial Payment (includes Tuition fee
for the first semester, OSHC (Overseas
Students Health Cover) and other
miscellaneous charges)
8. If not cleared the student needs to
withdraw the application and the process
is stopped with that particular
institution.
9. Fund Details to be shown:- 1 year
Tuition Fee, Travel Expenses, Living
Expenses including the family for 1 year.
10. Additional documents may or may not be
requested to support the application, for
completing the Pre-Assessment
11. Verification of submitted Documents,
Funds shown, Sponsorships and Work
Experiences may or may not be
conducted depending upon the policies
of the institution.
12. Once the initial payment is made, then
the college will issue the CoE
(Confirmation of Enrollment) with OSHC
Letter, within the following 3-5 working
days.
13. Health Assessment (Medical) after
creating HAP ID (online) should be
completed under a recommended panel
physician listed in the immigration
website (www.border.gov.au).
