There are three states of matter.
● SOLID: Solid has definite shape and definite volume.
● LIQUID:Liquid has a definite volume but no definite
shape.
● GAS: Gas has neither definite shape nor definite
volume.

● SUBLIMATION:It is a process in which solid
is directly converted into gas without
undergoing liquid state.
6. MELTING AND BOILING POINT
MELTING POINT:The temperature at which
solis starts melting.
BOILING POINT:The temperature at which
liquid starts boiling.
