This document provides an activity to assess grammar goals related to adverbs of frequency. Students are instructed to watch a video segment and identify 8 activities seen. They are then asked to write sentences describing how often they personally perform each activity, using adverbs like always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom, once in a while, rarely, and never. The goal is for students to practice using adverbs of frequency to talk about habitual activities in their daily lives.
