ANALYSIS OF THE FORMAT
1. Tense used
– We have identified one unappropriated tense used in formatting;
using present tense in text is not recommended. The right tense
would be past tense, this point is revealed by the sentence used in
the article “males have lower nutrition status within all nine
groups/indices”.
– However, The present tense was used for all the titles of tables, (as
it is recommended)
2. Numbers in the beginning of sentence/paragraph
There are no numbers used in the beginning of the sentence or
paragraph

Analysis of the context
a) Table reading
• No repetition of the data observed
b) Redundancy
• The organization, relevancy and presentation of data was done
effectively.
• No repetition of phrases and or words that was earlier on in any other
paragraphs or sentences.
c) Interpretation of the data
• The data should be presented objectively, without being interpreted.
In this articles we have identified data interpretation where they
highlighted level of significance. Stated as follow:
“The mean (SD) of ICFI for males (7.99 1.99) was lower than
the mean (SD) of ICFI for females (8.10 1.93) but this was not
statistically significant.”

e) Do results tell the story
The results reflect the stories in a good arrangement
whereby it initially illustrates socio-demographic traits
followed by bivariate and multivariate tables by
revealing the magnitude problem and the relation in
between variables and outcome(Nutritional status)

f) Presentation of the processed data
• The data presentation was well done, there has no
mixture of the figures and tables.
• Texts compliment tables in relevant manner.
• Each table has its heading and numbered.
• Statistical test (P-values) were provided.
