 Quality control for sulfuric acid ,labsa, sodium sulfite and sodium sulfate.
 R.O .plant quality control for water and chemicals addition .
 Softener chemical addition and follow the water quality.
 Make all certificate of analysis according to iso 9001 and 9002.
 Cooling tower quality control for the use of cooling of acid by using heat
exchangers.
 boiler with low pressure 10 kg/cm2 and also do every test for water and chemical

2-RSF JUBAIL: (300 TPD SULFURIC ACID & 140 TDP OLEUM)
 Preparing anew lab purchasing orders for the supplier .
 making all tests for the factory products( sulfuric acid, oleum,sodium sulfite and
sodium sulfate.
 Deminerilized plant(D.M.) quality control for water as it is the source of steam that
run the turbine .
 Waste heat boiler quality of its water and taking care of chemical (T.S.P)and also
dosing.
 Dearator water quality like test for water and addition of sodium sulphite or
hydrazine .
 Cooling tower care like in chemical and water quality control and chemicals for it.

 Manage the documents from the royal commission for jubail and yanbau for the
environmental hazarderous waste.
 Share in precomissioning and commissioning of the waste water plant with the staff.

3.  Take the instructions from my seniors according to work to give the hoped results for
the waste water quality control.

4- Fahad chemical factory: ( N.W.S , DRILLING OIL (D 80),PARAFFINE
OIL,ETHYLENE GLYCOL& TRICANTER)
Quality control:
 For normal white spirit , drilling oil and paraffine ,glycol
 Following ASTM procedure of testing to give customers high quality products.
 Give every day reports for what i have done in last day according to my production
manager inspections.
 Making tests for oils like (Distillation, F.P, B.P , SP.GR, P.P ,VISCOSITY,WATER
CONTENT ....etc).
 Daily inspection for testing raw material and final products
 Testing cooling tower water and other utilities .
Production supervisor:
Following production process in:
 distillation units.
 Sulhponation units.
 Washing units.
 Loading and offloading tankers(feed & final products).
 Feed raw material ( WD20 kerosene , WD 40 diesel&GLYCOL ).
 (Thermic Oil Heater) inspection for any problems like blowers ,diesel gun and
diesel pump.
 Secondary utilities inspection like cooling tower and chiller.
 Loading and offloading materials final and raw.
 Cooperate with mechanical engineer and maintenance engineer for any problems
like :
1. Pumps mechanical seals
2. Vacuum pumps maintenance
3. Heaters
4. Changing valves for any leakages
