- Kuldeep will introduce then Anil will talk about CloudFronts. I am Kuldeep Gupta, Delivery Head and PSA Expert at CloudFronts Technologies LLP. I am with CloudFronts since 5 years now. I have been working on PSA since V1 was announced. The liking grew more towards PSA when I started documenting small-small findings in PSA by myself and by the end I saw it turning out to be an e-book which is How to use PSA for beginners? The e-book now has been downloaded by over 300+ users across the globe.

- To implement all this I had to clear all my doubts about whether CRM projects can actually be run in Agile manner and the Scrum Training offered by Neil Benson from Customery really helped me.
