business areas, industries, and business environments. He has built a proven track record in growing profits, increasing efficiency,
lowering costs, and energizing the customer experience within global operations. He has achieved this by driving the technology
vision, innovating value-added technical solutions, establishing efficient operations infrastructure, building and empowering world-
class teams, and managing enterprise-scale business process reengineering initiatives.
In his current role as President / CEO of Energize The Experience®, Inc., a privately owned Systems Integration and Technology
Solutions provider, Mr. Simon has built a rapid growth organization that delivers technology convergence solutions, and develops
alternative energy and sustainable technology programs.
In his last role as Vice President of Information Technology for Brookfield Homes, an international $1.5 billion residential
developer/homebuilder, Mr. Simon played an indispensable role in transforming the entire technology and operations infrastructure.
He managed enterprise-wide technology operations, $3.5 million budget, 35 team members and contractors, regulatory compliance,
program development, vendor contract negotiations, network and infrastructure design, software development, systems integration,
and numerous large-scale operations projects. He consistently delivered substantial improvements in the areas of cost, productivity,
efficiency, and service by reengineering processes and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions throughout. Most notably,
he launched new revenue streams through the convergence of technology and residential development, generating in excess of $1
million in new revenues, built a best-of-breed enterprise infrastructure that supported 400% business growth, developed an agile
web-driven software solution that cut administrative errors 64%, and managed a world-class IT team through 3 corporate
restructurings and an IPO.
Mr. Simon proved his versatility in operations management as Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Parallel
Computing and California Computer Rentals – interrelated IT Value Added Reseller and finance companies. The scope of his
management authority spanned budgeting, financial analysis, strategic partnerships, technical support, customer service, sales,
marketing, accounting, HR, and administration in service to numerous industry verticals. Strong business, revenue growth, and
customer service were the standard for his tenure with bottom-line results including ground-up development of a support services
department, creation of new revenue streams, and an increase in revenues from $200,000 to $2.5+ million, core competencies from
4 to 12+ technologies, and 12 to 60+ full-service business clients.
Mr. Simon’s early career success was equally diverse with such varied roles as Management and Finance Intern Trainee for
Citicorp Real Estate, Office Manager and Research Assistant for The Meyers Group, and Market Research Assistant for Grubb &
Ellis Commercial Real Estate. This cross-functional business experience served him well as a strong foundation for his progression
into increasingly more advanced operations management and executive leadership positions.
He combines this track record of bottom-line achievements with certifications, advanced training, and hands-on experience in a
wide range of proven cutting-edge technologies that include sustainable technology solutions, multiple enterprise applications,
