Last August we were looking to have some roof repairs done. Small leaks and minor repairs. After some online research and in-person
interviews, we chose Brad’s Roofing (aka Mr. Roofer). He did a great job and his crew was very professional.
In November we had some weather damage, animal invasion in our attic, and this crazy idea to improve our deck – which had settle over the last
10 years. If we were going to level the deck, why not make it better – cover part of it.
We once again searched out contractors and Brad was the winner. He not only was the fairest priced, but shared our vision for the decks as well
as other improvements to our property.
His crew was professional, friendly, and always on time. Their craftsmanship was second to none. They ofter worked past sundown with our
porch lights on, despite December-January temperatures.
Our house is now by far the best looking house in our sub-division. We have received outstanding comments from all of our delivery
professionals.
I would recommend Brad for an home remodeling project you have in mind. He will get the job done professionally and at a fair price. He takes on
the project as if it were his own property. You can find less expensive contractors, however you really do get what you pay for.
Brad will meet all of you expectations and suggest improvements that you did not even think of. He is very professional, honest, and does not try
to high pressure into doing more than you feel comfortable with. He will suggest the best way to complete your project – unlike most contractors
who simply try to get by with the bare minimum – just to get the bid. Lowest bid is not always the best bid.
He is by far the best contractor that we have ever used.

We are very pleased with the way Brad’s Roofing (aka Mr.Roofer) performed the roofing job at our home.
From the start of the estimate to the end of picking up the dumpster, everything went great. Brad was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The
scheduling was quick and efficient. The roofers were courteous, hard working and knew the roofing trade. Our roof was finished in just one day!
During the day, the area around the house was kept clean and a magnetic sweeper was used to pick up any nails the had fallen on the driveway
and the deck.
Overall it has been a great experience and we will gladly recommend Brad’s roofing to anyone who wants their roof repaired or replaced.

I would like to thank Brad for consistently showing up on time, making a fair bid, doing high quality work, in a timely, organized and neat way. We
were having horrible problems with our chimney—owing mostly to the way it was designed. The repair work was actually more of a rebuild and
was complicated by height and by a very steeply-pitched roof. It was an awkward and a dangerous job. These guys are pros and their work is first

We recently had need to have our roof replaced due to storm damage. After searching the internet for local roofers, we contacted Brad
Thomason, owner of Mr. Roofer (aka Brad’s Roofing). He was in touch with us immediately and set up an appointment to give us an estimate on
our roof. Once he arrived, we walked around the house with him pointing out missing shingles and problem areas. He then went over our options,
standard shingles or architectural shingles. He explained the pros and cons of both. Once we decided on the shingles, that started the ball rolling
with delivery of the dumpster and the next day his workers were on site with all the materials. His roofers were professional and knew their trade.
They quickly removed the old roofing. As they worked, there were helpers ensuring the yard and surrounding area was kept clean.
Once the job was finished they made a sweep of the yard and driveway to ensure that all materials were removed from the yard and that all nails
were picked up from the driveway.
Our overall experience was a very good one and give Brad a rating a AAA+ in workmanship, professionalism, and pricing. Brad’s estimate
actually came out lower than what the insurance company approved, which allowed us to go with architectural shingles, which are beautiful. We
definitely recommend Mr. Roofer of Atlanta to anyone that needs a new roof.

Our overall experience was a very good one and give Brad a rating of A+ in workmanship, professionalism and pricing. Brad’s estimate actually
came in lower than what the insurance company approved, which allowed us to go with the architecture shingles, which is beautiful. We definitely
will recommend anyone that needs a new roof.

My first experience with a roof repair! I had no idea what it would involve, or cost. It was a great experience. Meeting with Brad, he did a thorough
inspection inside and out. (I noticed a leaky spot on the ceiling in the bedroom after a recent severe storm). He wrote up an extimate of exactly
what they would do and how much it would cost. After checking around and making my decision, I signed the quote and sent it to Brad. The work
was done the next day! He met with me again and walked me around to show what they had done. (They actually did a little more Brad is a

I didn’t know what was included in acquiring a metal roof. When I called all I understood was that my roof was leaking and I did not want to
maintain swapping with a new roof every now and then. I made an appointment for someone to arrive to explain to me what I needed to know.
The younger man they sent out to explain was very clear and direct. He advised me just what would transpired, how long it would get, and how
good it would appear and the rep. was correct on all counts. I can honestly say that if I had known 10 or even 15 years ago, I would have gotten a
metal roof when I had my home remodeled. There is nothing more to be concerned about a leaking roof.

My partner and I were astounded at the variations in the metal employed at Brad’s and a comparative sample from yet another supplier. We saw
steel roofing in a house enhancement retailer and we ended up nonetheless astonished at the variation in the components. We also realized the
methods how the roofing would be mounted and how it locks with each other to form a watertight seal and barrier against the elements. After
some thought, a particular person let us acquire a better payment method thus we have been capable to finance the roof. We agreed to have a
new steel roof installed.

everyone from the consultant I spoke with to the installers were friendly and polite, very professional, which put my mind at ease. I’m always wary
of contractors, but Brad assured me they would get the new roof up without any problems and clean up after themselves and they did just that.

We had wind damage and I thought I was in for big Trouble. A friend told me to call Brad and he met me even though I have a goofy schedule.
He was helpful in explaining what the issues I was dealing with and gave me two solutions. I never looked back and was happy with the way his
crew showed up on time and left only after cleaning up all the nails.
