6. Problem Identification:
• Trash can affect our environment in
many ways including people,
wildlife, and our natural resources.
All of this together can influence
our entire world and the way we
live. When waste is disposed of in
harmful ways, our environments
can get destroyed(“How”). Littering
is harmful to the environment and
wildlife, which are important to
keep the ecosystem balanced and
healthy.

7. Problem
Identification:
• There are various reasons why trash
affects the environment and why it has
caused a tremendous problem. One
reason is that discarding can harm
wildlife that is important to our
ecosystem. Animals may try to eat or
get entangled in plastic, paper, and
other harmful types of trash. When
this happens, animals may become
endangered or even go extinct, which
affects the balance of our ecosystem.
8. Solution:
• We have come up with the
solution of removing trash from
the environment up to a certain
level, so here we can adopt two
ways:
• Traditional Way
• Technological Way
• we have adopted the
Technological way to clean up our
environment.
9. Technological
Way
• How will it work?
• We’ll install
intelligent dustbins around the city
and these bins will be connected to
your mobile app through GPS, all of
these bins will be divided according
to the waste/trash they are holding,
eg: for plastic there will be a
separate bin same for steel, corbon,
domestic waste etc.
11. Competitive Position:
• As the population increase there is a same
growth in increasing of waste/trash so
there is a very strong competition around
the market. But the solution we have
comes up is very unique efficient as well as
beneficial.

12. Who is the source for Waste?
• 1. Factories
• Factories generate a lot of waste, and it is not always easy for them to
dispose off this waste through municipal channels. This is because
factories produce a variety of types of wastes that are not typically
generated by households or small businesses.
13. Who is the source for Waste?
• 2. Hospitals
• Like factories, hospitals generate a lot of unique types of waste that
need special processing before they can be disposed off. For example,
hospitals produce biomedical waste and hazardous wastes which
must be managed in accordance with stringent regulations.
14. Who is the source for Waste?
• Construction Sites
• During construction projects, a lot of waste is generated in the form
of rubble, concrete, wood, metal, and plastic. Construction
companies need to work with waste management companies to
ensure that this waste is disposed off in a safe and legal manner.
15. Who is the source for Waste?
• Cities
• Cities usually collect waste from residents and combine it to be
processed in a single location. However, some cities generate more
waste than their municipal channels can handle.
16. Company Plan:
• Source:
• As we know trash comes up in different forms so we can separate
them according to their materialistic nature.
