This document outlines activities and tasks for students to complete in groups to revise the topic of "Our World." It includes instructions for students to work together on activities like creating an A-Z list of words related to the topic, answering questions to move along a racecourse, defining vocabulary words, and a final scavenger hunt style activity. The goal is for students to work collaboratively to complete the revision tasks, and points will be awarded to the highest scoring groups.
1. Write an A-Z of all words linked to

You can loose points if you
do the opposite to this!

group to come to the front.

Each nominated person from each group will be given a key word or belief
about Our World.
But they won’t know what they have been given! It’s up to them to ask your
group questions with yes or no answers to try and figure out what they are.
Points will be awarded to the winning team!

7. Task 3 - We’re off to the races!
At the front of the room will be a pile of questions for each
group.
Someone from each group needs to come and get a question
from the front, and as a team you need to write an answer to
it onto your sheet.
Once you think you’ve got the correct answer, bring it back to
Mr Alito check. If you have the correct answer, your team will
be moved along the racecourse.
You can then pick up another question to answer.
Points will be awarded to the winning team!
10. Everyone has a list of words to define.
The winning team is the one with all it’s
members’ words defined.
You can use the textbooks to help you.

Using the scrabble board, add up the value
of each word! The winning team is the one
with the highest amount of points.
