 The company can take the following steps –
 Sponsor religious events and put up selling stall as well
 Put up stalls/kiosk inside the temples (during festive time/weeks)
 Hire a renown pandit as a brand ambassador for the company and
make audio visual ads, make it viral on social media (could be Head of
Iskon Temples)
 Print ads in Religious magazines and calendar’s
 Tie ups with different temple websites and pop up ads
 Request people to upload the video and tag the company’s name
online
 Get the testimonials of the customers posted on the website
Brand Awareness & Brand Image

 Put up a stall in marriage exhibitions so as to create more awareness
about the existence of such service
 Tie up with other brands like Cycle agarbatti and others who can
show that their product is available on Where’s my Pandit’s website
 Make a Youtube channel and upload videos for the people to see
(Free Of Cost)
 Get the directory of Indians staying abroad (country wise) and start
email marketing with the services available
Marketing & Promotion
 Cost effective Solutions (All over the world)–
 News paper inserts, city wise (For India)
 Pamphlets distribution outside prominent temples
 Offer a free set of pooja samagri for the first time users of the service
 Offer special marriage kits
 Set up kiosk or stall near the prominent places where Indians frequent –
for abroad.
 Make stickers of God’s and Godesses with the company logo and
distribute it for free (with the products as well as the services)
Social Media Marketing
 Make a facebook page, and keep it updated with daily facts,
vidoes, etc
 Facebook marketing will help narrowing down to the exact
probable customers
 Instagram and twitter handle can be created so as to create
awareness
 Products can be sold on the websites as well, including Flipkart and
other websites
 Develop SEO in such a way that they key words are covered and
hence the Where’s my Pandit’s website will top the page
Operations & Logistics
 Company should avoid entering into such a competitive market, it
can become an aggregator for the same
 Company just takes orders from the customers online (for the products)
and forwards it to the selected vendor of the nearest area
 A software to be used and area wise vendors will be notified to
make the delivery
 Make a team, who will go and finalise the vendors who will deliver
the goods from their shop to the customers
 The company appoints Pandits for marriage and other functions
and notifies them when they receive a request to carry out a pooja
or any other service (tie ups with them)
